Who is responsible for your information

Crestpoint Management is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions and rights requests can be sent to info@crestpointmanagement.co.uk.

Information we collect

We collect contact details and the landlord, property or tenant qualification information you choose to submit. This can include rental requirements, planned move-in date, household size, income, profession and property particulars.

Do not send identity, immigration, banking or applicant documents through the public enquiry form. If documents are needed later, we will explain the appropriate process and purpose first.

How we use it

We use the information to respond to enquiries, assess whether we can assist, match rental requirements, coordinate viewings, qualify applicants and support a requested tenant placement. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp where appropriate to your enquiry.

Sharing and service providers

Relevant applicant information may be shared with a landlord when you ask us to progress an application. Property information may be used for agreed marketing. Website enquiries are transmitted through Web3Forms, our form-delivery provider. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, placement process, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. We periodically review information and remove it when it is no longer required.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your information, or object to its use. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact us first if you would like help with a privacy request.
